I just took a look at the Tales of the Reaching Moon web page. Pretty cool, black is a great background color.
Although the contents are great, I could have hoped for more articles and rumors to be posted there than are. Perhaps as time goes on.
Among other things, the full Tales of the Reaching Moon writer's guidelines are present on this web page -- a good section to read, and probably equally applicable to ALL of the fanzines (I know I plan to adopt them!).
