A thought just occurred to me while glancing at the cover of Wyrms Footprints.
The Red Emperor is associated with a class of demons known for their Four Horns, and IIRC associated with chaos.
In the Prosopaedia of GoG, Ragnaglar is said to be depicted by a "mask with four different horns and two mouths."
Does anyone think there is a connection here?
