 Dark side magicians include Jakaleel, Arachne Solara, Watcher, Danfive  Xaron, Gerra, Natha, Jajagapa, Dark Moonies, Crimson Bat and many  moon-demon cults and some moon-hero cults and mystery cults.  And some more that I could not recall. Heck, Sheng Seleris might have  been a Dark Side hero! He even did heroquest to the moon ;v)
