Rules Digest

In case nobody else has noticed, the server I originally created the new Rules digest on has been unreacheable for something like 36 hours now.

Needless to say, I'm not pleased about that.

So, I'm currently eying new locations for it (mostly MPGN & Prodigy, both of which have "free" list hosting policies I think everyone can live with). I'll keep everyone updated on what the status is as I hget it myself.
