Perhaps the problem here is that most of the information we have about Glorantha is centered on the Dragon Pass region, were the major non-human areas are Troll-dominated. In the areas of Glorantha were the other elder races interact with humans, Umathela and Elamle for Aldryami and Slon for Mostali, you'll probably find more adventurer parties in which those types of non-humans mix with humans.
