I don't see any huge religious Orlanthi precepts against adultery, but there are cultural ones, just like in our society. Both Orlanth and Ernalda were known to have other lovers, even after being married. Travelling Orlanthi may tend to test the local waters, as it were, even if they are married. In the ToDP game we play in Seattle, a few characters are considered 'randy and loose', while others stay doggedly loyal to their spouses. In goofy game terms, we use the Love Wife passion for this.
Of course, if the adultery is discovered, the wife (or husband) is free to divorce, getting her brideprice returned and returning to her clan. Feuds have started for less.
Now, rape is another matter completely. One that Orlanthi do not tolerate.
