Just remember there is a lonely dryad and her tree circle in Griffin Mountain but I seem to remember she is still in a little wood (but with no elves or other aldryami) that survived the Troll attacks, barely.
She is barking mad and hates all nonaldryami passionately. She is also rather powerful spell-wise and animal ally-wise (presumably the reason she survived the troll attacks).
I loved the suggestion of cactus elves on the Plains of Prax (boy those spines would hurt) [Death to all pointy eared, infravision pisspot fairies i.e Tolkienisms, in Glorantha]
