Humakti dying the "Wrong Death"

It's something of a pity that Humakt is so effective snatching up the souls of his deceased initiates. In Poul Anderson's "Hauk's Saga" a Viking follower of Odin dies - to his great horror - in his bead. He is buried outside of his stead, but returns as a Draugr to harrass his family, until he finally is given a warrior's death, and can move into Valhalla.

Now Humakt's einheriar seem to get by without that requirement and yet join the immortal host of dead warriors. Zorak Zorani don't mind being zombiefied. Would Shargashi who died improperly behave this way?

Alternatively, the ghost of a Humakti (who, after Humakt's definition, is not an undead) might seek another body to occupy, only to cleanse himself of the improper death. Not as neat an encounter, but still a scenario hook...
