Sacrifice for a Guided Teleport in Boldhome, taking you to an EvilEmperorDial in Boldhome. Travel to Ralios. Sacrifice for another Guided Teleport, this one taking you to an EvilEmperorDial in Ralios. Boom, boom, you now know the net time of transit for two guided teleports, as accurately as the EED can measure, and the time at Boldhome presumably midway between the two.

Pray for six days, head back to Boldhome, pray for three more days, do the same experiment from Boldhome. From the results you can calculate how long a GT takes Boldhome->Ralios, how long a GT takes from Ralios->Boldhome, and the time difference between the two cities.

Substitute waterclocks for EEDs if desired and possible; Ralian Orlanthi might be able to acquire them. You can even use an hourglass at the beginning/ending point of each test to determine transit times more accurately (flip hourglass, GT, GT, check hourglass). - --
Doesn't the fact that there are *exactly* 50 states seem a little suspicious?
