Fonrit is loosely similar to the barbary coast (maghreb) and could probably be used. Also, some of the East Isles have something of an oriental fairy tale flavour. Sinbad wold make an excellent Haragalan and Mokato, the Jewelled Isle, is chock full of opulent palaces, crumbling ruins, sinister magicians and the like.
