True. But do they really want to buy a set of old photocopies when they can buy a professional looking TSR publications instead?
Publishing books and magazines takes a lot of effort. I would prefer Issaries use their limited staff and time to print a new Gloranthan game which will appeal to new and old gamer alike, rather than delay the new game by spending time on old material that won't convert new players to Glorantha and which many older RQers already have.
Issaries Inc. has to make money to survive. New games and supplements sell more copies! Old reprints sell less copies. It is very simple economics.
