To be fair David, I think you're being a bit disingenuous (apologies for spelling, if it's incorrect) because a) the cradle's not going to come out again in the future - at least not in it's current form and b) (next to) no-one will not buy a GtG version of the Cradle because they've got a photocopied RQ2 version.

As for authors making bugger all money you've got to remember that a) you're not going to get huge royalties for writing for RPGs and b) RPG companies do not pay well compared to any other form of publisher (I know, I used to be one).

As a side note on auctions, I hope that everyone's declaring the money they make at them because it's taxable ... ;)
