The cult writeup gives a few details about the worship of the Blue Moon (by the Uz of the Blue Moon Plateau, the Veldang of Fonrit, the Loper People and the Blues of Zamokil). The cult writeup, I would restrict to the Uz of the BMP, as it's an assasin's cult of sorts making it inappropiate for the other cultures. It teaches among other spells: Vision and Conceal (cf RQII basic runespells) and Invisibility (cf RQII battle magic). The cult elemental is a Selene which is invisible and has an attack which combines the magic point drain of the Lune and the HP drain of the shade. The divination spell yields useless but true information save for one instance (in the diviners lifetime) where it is completely relevant.
As for Troll Gods being a rip-off, it contains much new material including:
So IMO it would be worth getting even if you do have the original Trollpak and are sick to death of Kyger Litor cult writeups and the abysmal quality of what AH is prepared to tolerate for illustrations at the time.
