Wrong. I used the map to point out that the Heortlanders were part of the Jrusteli Empire at one point or another. You attempted to disprove this by using reasoning to claim it must have been when Arkat's Empire was still in existance and that Heortland was therefore a free trade zone for the Jrusteli of things. But since the map is achronistic, your argument fails
