There is the Cult of Black Arkat in Heortland (cf Troll Gods Arkat Cult Writeup). Although Greg has made it clear in 'Proceedings in Malkionism' that he intended the cult's spells act more like divine spells than RQ3 sorcery (ie akin to the Godunya magic in GoG).

When did Sir Narib become a Pithdaran? Mularik Ironeye isn't AFAIK and the only 'Pithdaran' that Argrath has contact with Hunralki from Jolar.

I'm not so sure that the Third Eye Blue are sorcerers. Apple Lane does not treat them as such and They are recorded as being enemies of sorcerers in the Elmexdros Roll text (FS p89).

Sorcerers of Orathorn in Pent are the only published non-westerners who are described as sorcerers. One might say the Monster Men that live betwixt the Shan Shan and the Wastelands are sorcerers but I prefer this to mean they use Bad Magic. There are bound to be other indigenous sorcery cultures in Glorantha IMO but their sorcery is not likely to be as flexible or sophisticated as the Malkioni.
