First Age Gloranthan, before Nyslaor was born. The First Council met the Dara Happans and equated the Evil Emperor/Yelm and Orlanth/Rebellius during these early encounters. Certainly the majority of the work had been done before Nysalor was born and before Arkat started HeroQuesting. Nysalor probably finished the work off but he was working on earlier material.
