Aren't they all?

I'm not trying to be Facetious. Issaries is the god of communication and hence language. He knows many secrets of linguistics which allow his followers to more easily learn foreign tongues, and given them tradetalk which is easy for strangers to pick up. Seems pretty magical to me.
