I do believe in evolution in Glorantha, but it is Lamarckian and=20
Mythic. Mythic evolution is one where Time itself can be ignored as a=20
HeroQuest can mythically change reality.

IMO Hsunchen don't regard themselves as human, and don't have the man=20
rune. They are primarily animals. Mythically however the concept of=20
Mantongue may have credence, since a HQ could have made such a=20
unifying concept.

Given the power of HQ, even given the perceived localisation of it=20
(ever noticed how the mythic realities shift from area to area?) there=

are also some strong unifying andf evangelising forces at work in the=20
planes. Someone/thing is preventing total fragmentation, rekknitting=20
myths and constructing globalisations such as Tradetalk, etc etc.
