I disagree with the suggestion that there must be absolutely nothing unsaid about certain areas of glorantha. One could with ample precedent take over a known city or location at random and invent all sorts of strange schtick for it. What has not been developed beyond the single paragraph description is a _de_facto_ blank land.

Take for example the description of the city Alkoth in the Genertela Book. It says absolutely nothing about the Giant Green Walls nor the 'Hell on Earth' approach to life of the inhabitants. Yet what it says is completely consistent with what Greg has written elsewhere. Likewise Yuthuppa is more important than being a place where magic lamps are made.

So merely because somethings written about location X does not mean that it is useless for imposing your own (bizarre if need-be) visions of Glorantha. I'll even go so far as to demonstrate that it can be done. Name one city or ruin-sized location in Glorantha that has your average gazetter description a la the genertela book (omit the ones that have already been developed like Pavis or Glamour). I wager that I'll come up with an utterly wacky description of the inhabitants that fits in with the surroundings.

Described somewhat in Drastic: Prax IIRC. Still hasn't stopped you from running Conanesque adventures which are perfectly appropiate.
