Why are there no guidelines for submitting to this mailing list?. I am
having to resort to blindly emailing this address. How many threads
that have interested me, amused, even made me angry (my being an
English papist burner) have I been unable to answer simply due to the
lack of some basic information? I would like to decloak after lurking
for years but this has just not been possible.
