Whoops sorry about the terrible formatting on the last post. Hopefully this will bhe better (does anyone on AOL know what I did wrong?) First are a couple of cameos for use in Seapolis. Followed by the Poldari reclaimers info...

The Kings and the Fishwife

After the death of King Temertain in 1620 the peoples of Sartar are desperatley seeking a new heir to take his place. The Lunars also seek a new puppet whom they can command. There are rumour abounding that somewhere in the world lives an heir to the throne of Sartar, a man called Argrath or Liberator. Rumour also has it that the bloodline lives on in Seapolis, a bastard child of the Scholar King, begot upon a fisherwoman. The Sartar High Council seeks to send a group of adventurers to the port to locate the woman and child, the child is supposed to bear a birthmark like his father. Getting to Seapolis (as Orlanthi rebels) requires a great degree of discretion. The characters must pass either through Heortland and one of their ports, which are heavily garrisoned by the Empire. Alternatively they can go to Corflu and jump ship. The route overland through Esrolia is long, slow and precarious involving encounters with raiding Grazers, haughty axe maidens and the fringe conflicts between the Islanders and the Caladralanders. Suggested encounters for Seapolis could be a large religious festival with a complex array of parading religions, aggravating members of the Fish Guard enquiring into the Characters activities, Lunar spies or of course Glugglag. It is also possible to play the Lunar seeking the bastard, though this incurs different challenges.

A Family Affair or How to Swim in Concrete Sandals

The Characters are hired by the Capratis family of Notchet to disrupt Du Tumerine shipping in Seapolis. The Characters are smuggled into the port, perhaps with secret identities. The Du Tumerine are not foolish and use rumour to cover their activities. The wharf and manse of the Du Tumerines are avoided by all locals, believed to haunted by the ghosts of dead Talari. It is difficult to get to the island as no pilot will guide them there. The Ludoch that patrol near the Island are hostile, being in the employ of the Du Tumerine (who have been providing them with large amounts of Dry Food and exotic items) *. Characters who get to the island are surprised to discover the vast wealth the family are controlling here, along with the guards, Rokari magic, Du Tumerine counter agents and perhaps the ghosts of dead Talari. * Killing or harming a Ludoch is the worst known crime within Seapolis and is punished with
instant execution or imprisonment within Deeper, without the aid of magic.

The Poldari Reclaimers

This is an ancient and secretive magical brotherhood who have developed powers over the land and the sea. Each member is dedicated to worshipping Choralinthor and his earthy bride Esrola, although they have no apparent links with either organised religion. The Poldari are capable of raising or lower small amounts of land from the waters of Choralinthor Bay, forming tiny islands which can be inhabited. The ritual is secret to all outsiders, although great ornate boats, filled with earth and living foliage are constructed and sacrificed to the gods. The Poldari also know how to return their islands to the waters and have done so to reek havoc on enemies or defend friends. The Poldari are recognisable only when they participate in their rituals, their gigantic ornate costumes stand many times greater than themselves and are decorated to look like spirits of the waters and earth. When not participating in the rituals they return to their lives as common fisherfolk, boatmen and islanders.
