Vadeli Logic

What *I* meant when I put the idea forward at Convulsion, was that the Laws of Malkion (including the rigid caste definitions but not including the ethical stuff that Malkion put together as a response to the decay of the world) was one Logical response, one pattern of behaviour that worked and sustained immortal life.

But Logic has to have premises and assumptions and the Vadeli have different assumptions and premises and we know that these also work to maintain immortal life.

Greg had just finished reading from the description of how Zzabur remembers the devolution of Malkion from being the pure divine creature that created Zzabur and the other first Archetypes to being a mere mortal creature who died and went away. (That's from Zzabur's point of view. A mortal Malkioni says that he transcended and entered Solace. This is a very Christian myth in my opinion: the Divine becoming Mortal to lead his Children up and out of Death and Damnation.)

What occurred to me is that if a philosophy is to grant immortality in a similar way to the Brithini Way it ought to be as old and come from as early a stage of the Divine Devolution as the Brithini Way.

Greg says that the Vadeli were a response to the evil entering the world. I'm saying they could be the first Flaw that enters Creation.
