Martin Hawley keeps "flooding" us with nice (and even playable) Islander material. A few niggles amid much praise:

1624, you mean, after this bunch of crazed Humakti stormed the palace and sliced that totter... venerable old sage up in a suicide command?

Nick, out of curiosity, when did this happen?

Given a contradiction to the KoS timeline (summed up at Peter Metcalfe's website) this might also take place while Temertain is still alive but thoroughly enchanted by Estal Donge. Around 1620 would work...

The kid would be 7 years old (at least). I wouldn't be surprised if the prospective heir had already founded a happy fisherfolk family with a couple of kids if this was one youthful sin of a younger apprentice sage...

A nice "how to get there, how to get in trouble" intro...

I know that genealogy with earth tribe goddesses is mangled by the "aspect" thingy, but Choralinthor usually is the (orphaned, for a while) son of Esrola, not her husband.

I hear a distant voice whispering "Belintar raised Loon Island". Just how ancient are the Poldari, and does the Pharaoh feature among their heroes?
