Could you be more specific?
The only relevant contradiction that I'm aware of is a statement in Wyrm's Footprints about Garaystar Flatnose having spotted Temertain in 1572 despite Garaystar being 'young' at the time of the SHC.

And Book 5 of the rules had a section on Magic in Glorantha which averred that Rune Lords, Acolytes, Allied Spirits, Awakened Animals, Subcults and Rune Metals still existed in Glorantha. But no explicit rules were given for these nor did the conversion rules even explain how to convert rune lords.
