Definitely a problem if you had the kind of character RQ3 tried to prevent (which was up past the breaking point of RQ2), but I think my example doesn't count as such (a Rune Lady of Issaries is not THAT powerful). At least Hero Wars won't have the "too powerful to convert" problem.
