Hello, all.
Surely this is the rate of consumption required to maintain the Peace-loving Crimson Bat on 'alert' during uprising in the provinces.
If the barbarians in the provinces would quit rebelling against the civilizing influences of the Great Crimson Bat, this overwhelming force of Peace and Love could be maintained at a much lower level of consumption of the natural resources of the provinces. This would improve the wealth and safety of all involved.
Again, the Lunar Empire shows the barbarians another dividend of peace that can be achieved by ending the Cold Wind War.
