I'll say. At that rate it would at present be 599564831692010377483 (appoximately).

A doubling every 288.39 years would appear to suffice, to produce that size of increase over Time. Now, this may or may not be more than whatever period in RW history you choose to compare it with, but that doesn't really say anything about the population pyramid, just that the birth/death ratio is greater than 1. (Sorry, not feeling _quite_ pedantic enough to actually work it out.)

According to my own calculuations, approx 0.24% p.a.
