But, Kitori have trolls in an Orlanthi society, albeit heavily influenced by the Kyger Litor culture, their trolls could well belong to Orlanth. Wind Children can join Orlanth in all its forms, for obvious reasons as can Minotaurs, although they prefer Storm Bull. Also, I can see valid reasons for allowing wandering Orlanthi bands not connected to a particular tribe or clan, elspecially in areas such as Prax which is not Orlanth dominated.

I always thought that this was to exclude Zombies :-)

Especially in the Dart Wars/Dynastic struggles.

So, Lhankor Mhy wooing his wife is part of the Lightbringer Quest, as is his being instrumental in defeating an army led by Tien?

Apart from the fact that Yelm destroyed a Chaotic Foe as part of his claim to be Emperor and was not troubled by Chaos during the rest of his reign. Clearly, Yelm was pretty good at Slime Hacking and Chaos only really entered the world after Orlanth killed Yelm and started the Gods War which left huge great cracks in the Cosmos and let Ragnaglar, Thed and Mallia summon Wakboth into existence.

Also, Kralorela seems to be pretty much unaffected by Chaos, perhaps the Dragon Emperor and his Big Subjects ate it all up.

In the same way as the Carmanians Demonised Dragons to make them easier to kill.
