"Always"? HW has not yet been released. As far as I'm aware, no draft version is available for down-load (please correct me if I'm wrong!) So how could something that has "always been there" help, when as yet there has been no way of reading it? Unless of course you were among the lucky few to be able to playtest: but that's hardly a majority!
