But surely the Red Moon will only have the effect of the RW moon inside the Lunar Empire.

'Elder Secrets and Cults of Prax disagree on the Red Moon's visibility outside the Lunar Empire. Outside the Glowline, the Red Moon is visible a little over the horizon. Inside the Glowline the Red Moon is somewhat smaller, but is high in the heavens, at the border of the middle and upper skies.'

Drastic - Prax

Outside the Lunar Empire (where most campaigns I would think are set) am I right in thinking there appears to be little which would light up the 'Sky at Night.'
