People have visited the other planets. The Artmali descended onto Glorantha from the Blue Moon. The Ten Princes (Dara Happan Heroes of Yore) are said to have visited distant stars. I imagine most planets would be globes with the surface rich in mythology like the Red Moon in ToTRM#16.
