No, he isn't. A Dawn Age scribe _claimed_ that the image was Antirius. Later when Doburdon worshippers saw the Gods Wall, they pointed out the image was actually of Doburdon. Hence the person who said the image was of Antirius was proven to be bullshitting. Antirius does not have any storm powers nor Doburdon any Solar powers.
