Not sure of any actual instances. I certainly believe it's possible. Perhaps the Trowjangi actually Bilocate there from the Palace of Uxorial Bliss? Want to ask _them_ what it's like? ;-) Likely the Alkothi know a Path to get there too.

Yes, I have reason to believe they would. Unless they're on Mastakos, of course. ;-)

Yes. ;-)

The planets seem to function, for HQ purposes, as "private domains" of the GP/HP. You can actually go there, and they're all truly wonderous, cool, and funky places, not unlike the Red Moon is described to be, in their own various ways. Well, unless your invite isn't in good order, I imagine. Probably the Pelorians are the most successful at this sort of "planetary travel", for most of the bodies.
