Conservative DH's loyally support the Empire and its Emperor because Moonson *is* the legitimate Dara Happan Emperor, having passed the 10 Tests. I agree that they may not be as enthusiastic as Moonson's Mother and her new order, but as long as they're content to stay lording it in their traditional domains rather than making it at court in Glamour, they really don't have to froth at the mouth with excitement. Even the DH army regiments only have a pretty thin veneer of Lunarcy around it.
