This being the late Golden Age, presumably Veritherusa in her Red phase. But if Elmal and Yelm aren't very similar, despite being both being the sun god, there's no reason why the Golden Age Dara Happan and Orlanthi moon god(esse)s would have to be the same, although there would naturally be some similarity.
