Does this imply that the God of Silver Feet was part of/connected closely to the worship of Issaries? Is/was he some sort of regional communication god (and if so are there similar gods for other regions (god of the brass knees, god of the golden ankle, god with his black and white cat)? Perhaps a god of a language family?
On the "postal service" question, I do not like the idea. Perhaps the Mostali have a system with stamps, it would make a good hobby collecting them, "Clack Blacks" would be worth a lot to avid Mostali collectors.
