Mostali at Sea

Mostali seadwarves have no trouble whatsoever with seasickness. Like all dwarves they are made for a purpose, and that purpose happens to be spending your time at sea. Likewise, while most Mostali are afraid of deep water - besides having heavier bone structure, swimming come about as natural to Mostali as kung fu to humans - Mostali created to be divers (this include most plumber Lead Mostali, btw) don't get 'diver's sickness', though they can certainly be crushed by the pressure at really big depths.

Besides the fearsom Concreteclads, there are also (but this is a literally Deep secret) dwarven Lead submarines pedalled by Jolanti and with alchemical air-recycling devices. Their purpose: to keep the sea currents running, especially Magasta's Pool. If they did not keep up their constant battle against the nefarious forces of Growth (have you SEEN what algae can do to plumbing!) the world would surely end.

Their commander, the Dunnikin Admiral, aka Captain Zilch, is a Diamond Dwarf able to contact the Lead Mostali Gushbloth, who used to be able to put a plug in the Pool (it _is_ an enormous plug, being nonhumanoid like most of the Ancient Mostali). Since the God's War began and the World Machine was broken, it is unfortunately unable to do so very effectively.
