The problem with Yelmdials is that it doesn't fit with how the Dara Happans measure time. (15 hours of 'daylight' starting not from sunrise, but from Twilight's First Gleeming <salutes>, which could be a hour or so beforehand.)

Gimbal-mounted Somashdials, mind you, now yer talkin'.
