It was lost at the _end_ of the Dawn Age. It was opened circa 200 ST and closed circa 400 ST. That's almost 200 years of Lightbringer worship and Orlanthi migration.

But in the Dawn Age, all these places were part of the World Council of Friends. The Uz were subject to the Only Old One who was important in that council and the Elves were likewise as friendly.

They are very different but they are still Orlanthi.
