I'm working on an Assassin's Cult known as the Brotherhood of Death for Ralios. I'm very loosely basing it on the Medieval assassins. My belief is that the Brotherhood see themselves as worshipping the dark(?) side of Humakt/Humath that brings death to all without honour or prejudice.
They live (of course) in a mountain fortress that serves as their Great
Temple
known as the Black Mountain and work for anyone willing to become a
lay member of their cult (funny how the size of the tithe depends on how
difficult it would be to kill someone).
I believe they arose during Arkat's Dark Empire and his willingness to hire them or least his his refusal to destroy them led to their being able to establish themselves.
What do people think?
