I think few if any of these are "Arkati," however. (I still think Argrath of Sartar makes a fine Arkat the Liberator.)
Arkat wasn't an Arkati, after all (any more than Jesus was a Christian, if that makes sense). You don't find Arkati picking goals and changing religion and species to accomplish them, after all. And remember that Arkat was *not* a local.
