<< 1) If the introductory "boxed set" is going to have a basic overview of
Glorantha only as sketchy as the one in the Glorantha Book from the 1984
Deluxe Ed. RQ(3), I'll be downright disappointed.>>
Remember, there's going to be a whole book devoted to the basic overview. While I've never heard a page count quoted, the book is being published on its own as well as in the boxed set, so I'd expect something about the size of King of Sartar. Its certainly a safe bet that it won't be anything like a measly 30pp.
<< 2) If, after all this wait, regional descriptions are at first limited to
such one-liners as "Prax is populated by nomads."
or:
"Ralios has many pleasant summers ...", I'm going to have a fit. In other
words, bring on the good stuff, Issaries! I'd love to see big fat detailed
descriptions for a change.>>
I'd be surprised if you didn't get them.
<< By the way, when are we ever going to see an official map of an elf forest
like Tarinwood? One lame paragraph in "Elder Secrets" didn't do the trick for
me ... there's gotta be something more IMHO.
Alright, so I _can_ basically make up a lush forest the size of Bavaria by
myself, but still -- wouldn't it be worth doing for the actual publisher?>>
Maps are something of a problem, given the A5 format of the books (dunno what that is in non-UK-speak, but its the same format as KoS) which might make it difficult to fit many in. They will certainly be in the boxed sets, but whether the Elf books will get such a set, and hence maps, is unclear at present - I doubt they're a high priority to be honest.
Forward the glorious Red Army!
