Actually, Wakboth to some views could be said to be a construct of Malia, Thed and Ragnaglar. He wasn't a naturally born deity (as opposed to Umath, who was), nor the resulty of Devolution, as far as I can tell. Wakboth was the result of a mystical ritual, not at all unlike the God Project which created Nysalor or the ceremony which created the Red Goddess.
