What is the effect of this "Hero initiate" , is there a priest of Varmand? Does this worshipper have access to spells? Divine or spirit magic? Are there religious services and religious duties?

On another point, is there a write-up or any information (apart from GoG) on the cult of Eurmal, its priests, services etc?
