I've got a copy of Malleus Maleficiarum (which literally translates as Hammer of Evildoing) on my bookcase next to the Satanic Bible and Summers' Witchcraft and Black Magic. The version I've got of Malleus is, of all people, by the Folio Society. So it's therefore a nice hardbound book, on acid free paper that'll cost 10UKP plus from 2nd hand bookshops
