HW will ship to England on the first day of shipping to US distributors. It takes 6 days from the start to when all the US distributors get their copies. England takes longer, and is dependent on each foreign distributor's chosen methods of shipping. In general it takes 2-3 weeks to arrive in distribution, and another week to hit English retail shelves.
