On the question of Shah or Padishah or both, I would categorise the current
Red Emperor as Padishah of Peloria, Shah of Carmania, Emperor of Dara Happa,
Highest on the Pecking Order of Rinliddi, Top Dog of Saird, and any other
title he might want to have. Because I defined the Shah, in my game, as
anyone who had the power to be Shah, then Moonson clearly qualifies. I still
think the Lunar Empire is has more parallels with the Carmanian Empire (at
it's height) than with the Dara Happan Empire (at it's height).
