Q for Prax Expert - City Magician

Hello

despite having two helpful answers to my Mani Q, I'm not sure if either of those guys are the Prax area expert??? Doh! :(

Please can he/they/anyone else provide me with any references for the Pavis City Magician, or any amateur opinions will also be welcomed

(Still awaiting delivery of my copy of the Meints Index 2)
