There is a fairly large forest in the Big Rubble.........after all the Elves could turn out spear shafts as a matter of route...and probably would for their Yelmic friends. Ok so as a source it's not going to supply the Sun Dome legions pike shaft requirements.......Or is it?
The Garden doesnt have to obey normal rules for fertility of woodland and time required between 'crops' of hardwood. A couple of square K's of elf woodland can probably provide a lot of lumber on a regular basis!
