Free-floating Fragment

Sorry, I noted this free-floating fragment was tagged on at the bottom of my last post to the Digest ("New Additions to MOB's Glorantha Page" V7 #132). I was going to pitch into the great Pavic/Old Pavic debate again, but the debate had moved on before I had got round to finishing what I wanted to say:

OK, to finish off my thought:

• -.. but I think you're stretching it to say that either American or Australian English have had enough time to diverge so much to be considered "full dialects". However, my main contribution to Gloranthan languages so far has been to muddy the waters (ie. Count Solanthos and Invictus speak "Local", Sun County p.8 & 12, whereas Vega and Belvani speak "Pavic", SC p.13 & 14), so I'm gonna buy out of the rest of the debate. My vote goes for what Jane sez on her Glorantha Page on the subject.
